باستخدامك لمانجوز فلو، توافق على هذه الشروط. أنت تقر بأن هذا التطبيق هو أداة إنتاجية محلية فقط (Local-First)، وتخضع لجميع التحديثات والأحكام المذكورة هنا.

By using Mangoz Flow, you agree to these Terms. You acknowledge that this is a local-only productivity tool and you are bound by all updates and clauses detailed here.

أنت مسؤول بالكامل عن بياناتك. وبما أننا لا نخزن البيانات على خوادمنا الخاصة لحماية خصوصيتك المطلقة، فإننا نوصي بشدة باستخدام ميزة المزامنة السحابية مع Google Drive، أو مزامنة جداول جوجل، أو عمل نسخ احتياطية يدوية بانتظام لتجنب فقدان البيانات عند حدوث عطل أو تغيير جهازك.

You are solely responsible for your data. Since we do not store data on our own servers to protect your absolute privacy, we strongly recommend using Google Drive Cloud Sync, Google Sheets Sync, or performing manual backups regularly to prevent data loss in case of device failure or migration.

أنت تملك بياناتك بنسبة ١٠٠٪. لا يدعي تطبيق مانجوز فلو أي حقوق ملكية فكرية أو وصول على ملاحظاتك، فواتيرك الممسوحة ضوئياً، استثماراتك، سجلاتك المالية، أو الخلفيات المخصصة التي تقوم بإضافتها داخل التطبيق.

You own 100% of your data. Mangoz Flow claims no rights, access, or intellectual property over your created notes, scans, productivity metrics, financial entries, or custom added wallpapers inside the App.

يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو" وكما هو متاح. بينما نسعى جاهدين لتحقيق الاستقرار والأداء العالي، لا يمكننا تقديم ضمانات مطلقة بعدم حدوث فقدان للبيانات نتيجة مشاكل الأجهزة، أو تحديثات نظام التشغيل، أو تعطل الأجهزة المحمولة.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for stability and premium performance, we cannot guarantee zero data loss resulting from hardware failure, operating system updates, or device corruption.

يتم فتح الميزات الاحترافية (مثل الماسح الضوئي الذكي، المزامنة المتقدمة، الخلفيات المخصصة، والتحليلات البيانية المتقدمة) عبر عملية شراء تُدفع لمرة واحدة مدى الحياة. هذا الترخيص يرتبط بحساب المتجر الخاص بك (Google Play أو App Store) وتتحكم فيه سياسات المتجر المعني.

Pro features (such as Smart Scanner OCR, advanced synchronization, custom wallpapers, and visual analytics) are unlocked via a one-time lifetime purchase. This license is bound to your digital store account (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and is governed by their billing terms.

قد نقوم بتحديث التطبيق من وقت لآخر لإضافة ميزات جديدة، تحسين جودة الأداء، أو تعزيز الأمان. بناءً على ذلك، قد نقوم بتحديث شروط الخدمة هذه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التحديثات يعني موافقتك على الشروط المعدلة.

We may update the app from time to time to bring new features, fix bugs, or optimize security. Accordingly, these Terms of Service may be updated. Your continued use of the app after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
