تم تصميم مانجوز فلو كتطبيق إنتاجي يعتمد على مبدأ "المحلي أولاً" (Local-First). هذا يعني أن جميع ملاحظاتك، مهامك، خلفياتك، مسوحاتك الضوئية، وسجلاتك المالية تبقى بالكامل على جهازك ولا يتم تخزينها أو معالجتها أو جمعها على خوادمنا نهائياً بشكل افتراضي.

Mangoz Flow is designed as a "Local-First" productivity application. This means that all your notes, tasks, wallpapers, scans, and financial records stay on your device and are not stored, processed, or collected on our servers by default.

• التخزين المحلي: يتم تخزين جميع البيانات التي تدخلها (ملاحظات، مهام، مستندات ممسوحة ضوئياً، فئات المصاريف، الاستثمارات، المجلدات والإعدادات) محلياً في الذاكرة الداخلية لجهازك باستخدام قواعد بيانات SQLite و SharedPreferences الآمنة. • ملكية المستخدم: أنت تملك بياناتك بنسبة ١٠٠٪. لا نملك أي وصول إلى ملفاتك أو صورك أو قواعد بياناتك أو سجلاتك ولا ننسخها أو نقرؤها. • حذف البيانات: يؤدي حذف التطبيق من جهازك إلى إزالة كافة البيانات المحلية بشكل نهائي. ونظراً لأننا لا نشغل خوادم خارجية ولا نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية من بياناتك المحلية، فلن نتمكن من استعادة البيانات المحذوفة نيابة عنك.

• Local Storage: All data you input (notes, tasks, scans, expense categories, investments, folders, and settings) is stored locally on your device's internal memory using secure SQLite and SharedPreferences. • User Ownership: You own 100% of your data. We do not have access to, copy, or read your files, images, database, or records. • Data Deletion: Deleting the App removes all local data permanently from your device. Since we do not operate servers or maintain backups of your local data, we cannot recover deleted data for you.

We do not operate backend servers to collect or store your personal information. Your privacy is paramount. However, the App offers optional cloud integrations that you can choose to configure: • Google Drive Cloud Sync: If you enable Google Drive Cloud Sync, the App will backup your encrypted data directly to a private, hidden folder on your personal Google Drive account. • Google Sheets Sync: If you choose to enable the Google Sheets Sync feature, the App will export and synchronize your financial records directly to a Google Spreadsheet of your choice.

• التعرف الضوئي المحلي (OCR): تستخدم ميزة الماسح الذكي حزمة Google ML Kit للتعرف على النصوص ومسح المستندات. تتم جميع عمليات المعالجة والذكاء الاصطناعي محلياً على جهازك. لا يتم إرسال أي صور أو مستندات أو نصوص إلى خوادمنا. • ملفات الوسائط: يتم تخزين الصور والمرفقات وملفات PDF التي يتم إنشاؤها أو استيرادها محلياً داخل بيئة التطبيق المحمية (Sandbox).

• On-Device OCR & ML Kit: The Smart Scanner feature uses Google ML Kit for text recognition (OCR) and document scanning. All AI processing runs locally on your mobile device. No images, scans, or text documents are sent to our servers. • Media Files: Images, attachments, and PDFs generated or imported into the App are stored locally within the App's protected sandbox.

• Folder Locking & PIN: The App allows you to lock folders and configure an App PIN. This configuration is encrypted locally using device-level security. • Biometric Data: If you enable FaceID or TouchID (Biometric Authentication), the authentication process is handled entirely by your device's secure hardware. We never access, collect, or store your biometric data.

• Google Drive API & Google Sheets API: تُستخدم فقط لتسهيل عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي الاختياري ومزامنة جداول البيانات الشخصية. تتم مصادقة الحسابات بأمان تام عبر بروتوكول OAuth 2.0 الرسمي من جوجل على جهازك مباشرة. • Google ML Kit SDK: يُسخدم حصرياً للتعرف الضوئي على النصوص (OCR) بشكل محلي على الهاتف. • لا توجد أدوات تحليل خارجية: نحن لا نستخدم أي حزم للتحليل السلوكي أو التتبع الإعلاني (مثل Firebase Analytics أو Google Analytics) التي تقوم بجمع هويات الأجهزة أو مواقعها أو سلوك الاستخدام الخاص بك.

• Google Drive API & Google Sheets API: Used solely to facilitate your optional Cloud Sync backups and Google Sheets spreadsheet synchronization. Authentication is handled securely through Google's official OAuth 2.0 protocol on your device. • Google ML Kit SDK: Used solely for local, on-device OCR/text recognition. • No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use third-party tracking tools, advertising SDKs, or analytics software (such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel) that collect or track your device's unique identifiers, location, or usage behavior.

Because our App stores all data locally on the user's device and does not collect any personal data or transmit it to our servers, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our App features or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy.
